New rule! Know Your Customer (KYC)
Due to recent fraud attempts, our company decided to introduce the Know Your Customer (KYC) rule. According to which all those organizations that wish to cooperate with us have to provide copy of the following documentations:- CEO Identification (optional)
- TAX ID#/Certificate (obligatory)
- Certificate of incorporation (obligatory)
- Rental agreement/Proof of ownership of delivery address (obligatory)
After 1st of March 2020 users whose KCY status is not Accepted cannot access their accounts and place any orders with us.
In order to make sure that you can cooperate with us without any interruptions make sure to send these documents on our mail

Once you have sent the documents, our colleagues are going to check them out and verify them.
Once the verification process is completed, you are going to receive a feedback email about the results.
If any of the provided documents do not meet the requirements and get rejected you have to send them again in the way described by our colleagues.
